Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Pest Technician to join our dynamic team in Lumberton, NC.

As a Pest Technician at All Star Services, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to honesty, reliability, and safety while contributing to our growth trajectory. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive property inspections to detect and assess pest issues accurately.
• Creating personalized pest management plans based on assessments and company protocols.
• Administering a variety of pest control treatments, which may encompass pesticides, traps, baits, and exclusion tactics.
• Educating clients about the nature of their pest challenges and offering recommendations for proactive measures.
• Maintaining meticulous records of all services rendered, encompassing treatment strategies, products utilized, and outcomes.
• Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and advancements in pest control methodologies.
• Always adhering to strict safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in entomology or pest management is advantageous.
• Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to work autonomously.
• Outstanding communication skills for effective client interaction and clear explanation of pest management procedures.
• Physical fitness and the ability to operate in varying weather conditions.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
