Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Crawlspace Solutions and Home Improvement Team Members to join our dynamic team in Lumberton, NC.

As a member of our team at All Star Services, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to honesty, reliability, and safety while contributing to our growth in the crawlspace solutions and home improvement sector. Your key responsibilities will include:



• Performing crawlspace moisture remediation and home improvement tasks, including insulation installation, moisture control, structural repairs, etc.
• Communicating and collaborating with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Adhering to strict safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team interaction and understanding clear explanation of work procedures.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
